Easy Email Finder is a lead generation tool that helps users discover business email addresses. The Service searches for businesses via the Google Places API based on your queries, then scrapes publicly available email addresses from business websites. Results are provided on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to unlock email addresses.

2. Account Terms

• You must sign in using a valid Google account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Impersonation or misrepresentation is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

3. Credits and Payment

• The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are required to unlock business email addresses from search results.
• Credits can be purchased through our integrated Stripe payment system using a valid credit or debit card.
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect credits already purchased.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
• We do not guarantee a specific number of valid email results per credit spent. The availability and accuracy of email addresses depends on publicly available data on business websites.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in any activity that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam and privacy laws
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, including harassment, phishing, or impersonation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or places undue burden on our infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or data obtained through it without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Data and Email Results

• Email addresses provided through the Service are scraped from publicly available websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or deliverability of any email address.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the email addresses obtained through the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws when contacting businesses, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any other relevant regulations.
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of email addresses obtained through the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is and will remain the exclusive property of Easy Email Finder. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and service names may not be used without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding or intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the United States.
